For Reference

For reference, when we are going away, or when I am asked for a list of my medications.

Every morning:

• Qvar 50 (asthma preventer): 2 puffs, 50 mg/actuation.
• Omeprazole: 20mg.
• Metoclopramide: 10 mg (at present, but I can take it 3 times a day if necessary).
• Calcium: 1,200mg.
• Vitamin D: 100µg.
• Vitamin C: 500mg.
• Multi vitamins: 1 x Boots Multivitamins with Iron.
• Flaxseed Oil (otherwise known as Linseed Oil): 2,000mg.
• Omega-3 Fish Oil: 2,000mg (600mg active EPA/DHA).

Every night:

• Qvar 50 (asthma preventer): 2 puffs, 50 mg/actuation.
• Cracked Heel Cream (external use only!).

Every four weeks:

• Ibandronic Acid: 150 mg.

Every ten weeks:

• Nebido: 1g (taken as a 4 ml injection of 250 mg/ml).

As required:

• Ventolin Evohaler (asthma reliever): 100 mg/actuation.
• Betnovate RD.
• E45 Wash (used in showers instead of soap).
