Nice or Nasty?

Introduction

On the Today program on 27 October 2009, the question was asked: what works best in business - the hardball approach, or the nice guy?

There were interviews with Warren Buffet and with 50 cents, each personifying one of those approaches. The clear conclusion was that nice guy works best in business. Just as it does in life.
